Doctor's Vineyard Pinot Noir

Blackberry cherry licorice, cinnamon with light black earth that paints the back palate, strawberry, raspberry, hint of vanilla barrel toast with a soft mineral finish. The 10 vintage out of 375ml.

Blackberry, dry cranberries, strawberry, pomegranate, allspice, nutmeg, smoke, dry herbs with a touch of dark chocolate on the finish. Hold for another 3-5 years.

This is in a great place right now. Lots of pepper and herbs (at least when paired with some salami) in a good way.

The 2010 is a bit more elegant than other vintages. Still needs a bit of air to settle it down.

Smooth bold and berry. A Cab lovers Pinot. They do this so well.

Closing out Thanksgiving night with a lovely Pinot.

Full, beautiful fruit. Very enjoyable half bottle we bought in Yountville. Makes me smile.
