Palest Wine I have ever seen - almost like water. First Wine from Japan and local being from Hokkaido. Very aromatic with notes of sliced pear. Fuller on the palate than you would expect from the colour. Low acid. Short term drinking.

Smells like the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grass but taste like Hokkaido dryness. Paired with this complex fermented cabbage and Sichuan pepper fish with citrus fruit salad to neutralize the spice
