bouquet is deep, complex and vibrant, offering up scents of apple, nectarine, a touch of hazelnut, patissière, a beautifully complex base of soil tones and a top note of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied and complex, with a fine core, lovely soil undertow, refined mousse, bright acids and fine focus and balance on the long, classy and wide open finish.
