Blanc de Craie Champagne Blend

The NV Blanc de Craie is 100% from Aÿ and Louvois, based on the 2020 vintage. Readers will find a brisk, nervy Champagne that sizzles with tension. Lemon peel, crushed rocks, mint and white pepper are all beautifully delineated. I very much like the energy and tautness here. In fact, this is one of my favorite wines in the range. Bright light yellow. Very fresh on the nose with some lavender, light green apples and citrus. High acidity (7.5/10) and medium plus weight. Fresh on the palate with some floral notes, citrus zest, and Granny Smith apples. Long and mouthwatering finish. Drink till 2025.

Aged for three years on the lees. 55% of the fruit comes from Äy and 45% from Montagne de Reims.

Excellent Blanc de Blancs. Great nose, fine bubbles, slightly sweet, clean flavor.

What a way to start 2017! Rich Full bodied Champagne with lots of fraicheur. One of the best NV Champagnes ever tasted! Perfect to get over a little hangover after a bit too much 'new year' celebrating..

Кремово-сливочное. Легкое со средней кислотностью(чуть выше). Баланс хороший. Есть и булки.
