Pouilly-Fumé的长相思，自然是有着矿石的味道。这一款的百香果味突出，还有红心柚子、青菠萝的芳香，此外也有一丝呛辣的白胡椒味。口腔中后半段较油润。装瓶前五个月酒泥上熟化。Bourgeois家族的酒都采用生物动力法酿造，在新西兰也有葡萄园。
