Dark ruby & Garnet colors, good legs. cassis, blackberry bramble, oiled leather & creosote nose. Smooth with very well integrated tannins and a creamy mouthfeel. Flavors of black cherry, cocoa, licorice, cola nut, mushroom and spice. Earthy finish. If we all had to agree on one wine in a cold climate it might be a Napa cab. Great with a Delmonico steak in a shallot & herbaceous white vermouth reduction.

Just fantastic. Rich ruby color with a magnificent nose. Lasting flavor with hints of fruit, spice , and Napa dirt. Paired very well with lamb
