Tasted completely blind- Incredible deep amber gold colour suggests considerable age but the acid structure! Clean, persistent and still so fresh this had me stumped for a while. There was only a slight hint of the mineral/kerosine note hiding amongst all the rich fruit flavour that gave me an important hint. This is an amazing dry Riesling that could do another five years and potentially more. my guess was very close. (2000 polish hill) I nearly got it!

Stank for 1 minute, and then was STUNNING! The best yet. Fine acid, lush palate and a loooong finish. Beautiful aperitif. Legs for another 10 years easy.
