Medium straw, persistent time perlage. Quite rich on the nose , touches of baked pastry, brioche lemon peel . Quite attractive on the palate well balanced , quite mouth filling but with good acidity . More of the pastry and lemon confit notes . Not bad length , showing well . Can age over the next 5 - 8 years
