
A very complex Nebbiolo, a little bit after its peek. A lot of mature aromas like burnt caramel and maple syrup, wet leaves, farm dried tomatoes. Acidity is going down, tannins are still present but silky.

Red apple skin , burned syrup on pancake, high mineral content, very strong tannins. Jam, marinade pickled, wet leaves, maple syrup. In 2001 no fruits in the fragrance, only secondary aromas. Due to 2001 not so strong, but still cork was noticed
