A 2004 vintage tastes youthful and vibrant. Mellowed a bit from when I tasted it in Napa in 2006. Ocean, dark fruit, and vinyl on the nose. Dark fruit compote and a hint of dark chocolate. Good acid. Pairing with grilled salmon. Molto buono!
