Cuvée Thomas Jefferson Crémant de Limoux Brut Rosé Blend

Wild strawberries and cream.

Chard, Chenin and PN.

Nice bubbles, smells nice, but not our style. It was too sour. However, we did have this after dinner and dessert on NYE.

I’m not usually a fan of Chardonnay blends, but this dry Rosé was refreshing and perfect for a summer night.

Notes of toasted bread, apples and strawberry. Soft tiny bubbles. Great on a summer evening.

Cuvée Thomas Jefferson? Weird. Not bad, tho.
