Nice lemon smell with citrus and a bit of melon taste. Had enough acid that made it pair well with food, but left a dry taste in mouth when drunk on its own.

Low acidity for a Sauvignon blanc, citrus, pears, not real crisp, went very well with my New Year's Day meal of baked chicken, greens, & gumbo.
