So, how are the big '09s Beaujolais five years in? If this is any indication, totally fine, if not graceful and pretty. Pure fruit core with very broad shoulders structurally. Nothing high-toned, and none of the brett or VA I often find in this producer. Was kind of bummed that I didn't order something younger and fresher until I remembered what and insane wine this is for the money and who cares. Great with veal and Morrels. 5-10 years ahead at least.

Two hours in the one got frisky. Fruit meets funk (good kind), earth then back to roasted meaty flavors

Ouf difficile les 2009. Prend beaucoup de temps avant de s'exprimer. Après 3 heures de carafe (!!!) il commence a montrer tout son potentiel. À revoir dans 3 ans.

Another killer bottle of the '09. This one had a bit of brett, but it didn't stand in the way of violets, ripe blackberry, red currant, and myriad spice.
