Like Christmas in a glass! Clove, cinnamon, and chamomile. Francesca Vajra recommended pairing it with chocolate.

Ruby. Prune. Dried fruit. Christmas fruitcake aroma. Sweetly, fir herbaceous. Out of town for holidays. Stamping snow from boots. Deeply winter. Jingle bells. Slush of ice- sled on melting snow. So just the teeny hint of the medicinal. Yet so fine. So- healing. Soothing. Earthy. In the old forest. Rough bark. Fox, the very edge of the eye- imagined? Away so fast. All of this. In just a few sips. Isn’t that a marvel?

This makes me want to go camping right away. It would be perfect after a wood fired meal while relaxing with friends before retiring to our tents. Sweet and savory. Could see pairing this with medium bodied cigars.
