#barberadalba #barbera #piemonte delicious. Today it reminded me of Merlot flavor and aroma characteristics. Lots of tiny ripe red plums and hints of cigar box and tobacco and leather. Great riper vintage for this Barbera

Nice freshness on this wine for the more intense body and acidity of a superiore Barbera. A poster child for balance in somewhat elevated alcohol.
