1982 vintage. Double magnum. At Gaja winery. Paler side of ruby. Beautiful, feminine and floral, light liquorice and touch of mint. Tar and oil but subtle and delicate. On the palate, gorgeous - wonderfully bright acidity, medium alcohol and tannin - very integrated and fine. Good concentration and long lingering finish. Very balanced. Special wine. Drink now until 2030.
