Intensely perfumed. Violets, roses, deep plum, strawberry. Polished and pretty on the midpalate. Not as complex as some.

I dunno I just often find these wines kinda dull, a bit too "international" feeling. Impressive, but not exciting.

Oaky and tannic as f#%k. Unless you like that please wait another 10-15 years to drink.

Classic Nebbiolo… Leggy and Lovely. Beautifully balanced. Thoroughly enjoyed with a steak.

Dark, dense and complex. Just a joy to drink. Earthy, leather and deep dark fruit. Long finish. Great wine

Never opened up after 3 hours decanted. The somm promised it’d be life changing but instead was tight, overly herbal and overpriced. I would have hoped for some berries, brightness and complexity. If you are going to drink this, open it the day before. I was disappointed but still recognize it’s a great wine.

I had high expectations for this and sadly they were not met. Gave it an adequate decant and did not find it overly tannic, but was surprised that it never really took flight. Was missing the typically expressive nose and complex palate that comes with a wine of this pedigree. Oh, well. Enjoyable, but that's about it.

Great wine, but I drank it too young and didn't decant it long enough. Feel like I missed out on some of what it has to offer.
