Drinking with Jeremy before D&D from the new wine cellar. Deep dark red and slightly purple. Dark red fruit on the nose, smells tannic. Juicy and bright but also very dry. A little tobacco maybe? Very good, one of the better cab savs I have had in a while. Would drink again but don't know the price

7/2022. Another nice 2018 Cab from Napa Valley. Deep color with dense flavor. Very nice on the palate. Paired well with the petite filet at Hall’s Chophouse.

Never disappoints. Medium-rare Waygu steak, Napa Valley Cabernet. Always a winner for me and I highly recommend.
