Great summer night stuff... Cuts right thru the sticky hot air. Very similar to last week's Fritz Spatlese... But flavours are taken down a notch and crispness punched up. More flowers and rocky spring water, rather than fruits. Gooood.

Touch of spritz. White peach, lemon zest, and apple. Slatey minerality, and a pleasurable amount of petrol. Tasty with veggie stir fry.
