Very nice. Perfectly aged, silky, and mouth filling. Very nice with braised chicken.

Still super yummy! Definitely expressing classic Burgundian aromas and flavors. Makes me wonder how long I should wait to drink my various 2009's.

1999. Might revise the rating tomorrow night. Popped and poured after quick aeration to the decanter. Strong spice on the nose. Nice finish. Will be interesting to try on night 2. Tonight, all of the parts were a bit out of sync.
