Passion fruits like aroma. There seems to be a long road to makes me feel the various taste one by one. Depending on rounding my glass, taste is changing into deep plum, violet, smokey, tanning. Complexity! Most sophisticated one I tasted before. It should not be oxidized too much. @1200/100ml(8000), T Enoteca, 190324
