This was a nice basic red burgundy. A little rustic, maybe from the age more than the wine. Good for the price, have to look for one of these a couple years younger to see how it compares.

Crushed violets give way to big, juicy blackberries. The Gamay gives this nice lightness. Splendid

15% Gamay. Barnyard, roses, violets, dried the straw on the nose. BlackBerry, raspberry, black currant jam on the palate. Supple tannins.

Exploring the new blend. No frills, easy drinking. Juicy gamay and nice pinot texture.
