Found an old one and decanted for an hour. First taste was sour but then it came to life. Great flavors cherry plum. Great with lamb and chocolate. Shazam!

Decanted for a couple of hours. It seemed a little bitter so I put it back in the bottle and sealed it. The next day, drank the second half and it was perfect. Very berry and plum taste came out. Wow!! Moral of the story, don't give up on an oldie.
