A lean, mean grand cru with the exciting combination of cheesy, savory, citrus nose and a razor-acid palate. The bump up in RS from nature to extra brut definitely helps out but the minerality and acid still lead. Probably would develop with several more years, but I love an acid+flavor bomb champagne!

Jan 31st, 2016Disgorged June 2013. Disappointing unfortunately. Nice aromas but falls short on the finish - sorta just drops off. Seems almost tired, could use a little zing.
