Interesting FLX white port style dessert wine or aperitif made from one of my favorite hybrid grapes. Lemon yellow in color, this one features very intense aromas and flavors of white flowers, crab apple, green pear, orange zest, honey and ginger. A tad hot on the nose. Some peach notes on the pallet. Medium bodied with a creamy texture. 16% Alcohol. Different.

For a dessert wine this is a pleasant surprise. Great nose...ginger ale, but more floral and honeysuckle like. Palate is straight honeydew, and the floral notes come back on the finish. For a high alcohol wine, it carries it well.
