Blanc Le Mont Sancerre Fumé Blanc

A very typical Sancerre, clear, pale yellow color, chalky minerality and medium plus viscosity. Delicious.

I think it deserves a higher rating, it doesn't have much of a nose, but goes fantastic with Greek food or an Italian fish dish
