Intense raspberries & forest floor aromas. Med + bodied with flavours as for nose, nice length and pleasant satisfying finish. 2011 vintage a plus!

This was elegantly rich with bright fruit notes and a smooth finish. Loved it with Steelhead grilled on the smoker, wild mushroom risotto and sautéed broccolini- perfect pairing, particularly for the earthy mushroom flavor.

Starts off rigid and structured like a young burgundy but then the fruitiness gives it up as a Cali pinot. Cherries and raspberries. Very good.
