Looks like a sunset, smells and tastes like an autumn day after a rain. Wet leaves, peach and strawberry jam, herbs. Great acidity.

Man if there was ever a rosé/blush built for food, this is it. Great acidity and depth. A little back-end grip which was a nice surprise as well

Wow. Rorick!! Making trousseau from Calaveras that tastes like poulsard from the Jura. 2nd leaf. Speaks loudly for the future of this grape in Cali.

Lovely tangy berry and crushed stones

Super pale, reddish copper color, high acidity, slight bitterness, bright earthy aromas, iron, smells of watermelon jolly rancher, yo!

A lovely trousseau. Light strawberry on the nose, slight melon pith, tannic grip on the finish.

Paler than some rose. Strawberry, watermelon, acidity and that grip that trousseau has. Great quaff and wine to have with food.
