Pomegranate, morello cherries, rasp, juniper / wintergreen / eucalyptus, bright, transparent, high-toned, satin, rose petals. Graceful and balanced. Natural and pure, nothing getting in the way, not natty. Reminds me of Arianna’s frappato but darker and more herbal. 12.5 ABV. On skins in amphora 8 mos, 1yr off skins in 350L cylindrical amphora. Ridiculous with duck.
