Lemon peel, bruised apples, marzipan, a beautiful touch of funk, and a perfect touch of butter. Medium-bodied, creamy, acid-driven, with an awesome, Flaneur of a finish (I’m here all day for bad puns). Hell yes.

Feb 13th, 2021New vintage, just got it a couple of days ago. Oak and butter on nose. Medium body, dryish, bit of citrus acidity. Green apple, pears, and some lemon zest.
