Toasted and lovely nuanced oak that adds depth and texture...waxy, plump acids with round and fleshy fruit. The aroma and nose on this wine I could smell for hours. 76% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris, 5% Chenin Blanc, 4% Verdelho. All Central Coast fruit. Beauty in a bottle right here.
