I prefer my Pinot on the leaner and lighter side, but this is too delicious to snub. Deep, brambly, almost inky, with well integrated acid and alcohol (14.1), concentration and structure. These are things that 15 years ago I would not have said about a Fess Parker pinot noir. A serious, well made wine.
