had it March 2009.
It opens up after 30 minutes. Loads of forest floor, cherry, alcohol. Easy to drink, but not complex. It's a little to hot. It was cheap, but it seems impossible we talk about a grand cru.

Sweet fruits, bacon fat and touch of mustiness. Typical Chabertin brettiness but in a good way. Soft acid, supple tannins, peaking.
