Wow. This transformed so much since yesterday. Tasting better. Creamy + minerality. Like a magic trick. Tasted like a tight sauv blanc yesterday but today it is unique.

I'm dreaming of oysters and this wine. Outstanding wine.

No words needed. One of the best.

Is that the lion of Lannister?

Fantastic and unlike any other chard I've ever had. Enjoyed with friends that don't like chard, but they certainly liked this one.
