A gorgeous chard! Bright citrus fruits, delicious stone fruits, slightly saline minerals, oak-induced char are knitted together harmoniously. The richly textured palate is round, seamless, and elegant. And the lightly spiced and honeyed finish is long.
At Taj Campton Place. I have not had a chard this good in a long time.

Wasn't as big on this bottle as the last. Oak seemed more pronounced and the finish was very short.

smells like sweet buttered biscuit, yeast, golden delicious apple, faint chive, lemon... palate gives candied lemon, lemongrass, straw, ripe pear and peach. rich and creamy with an excellent butteriness and good acid to balance it out.
