Nice golden color, but not too much so. Heavy in the glass. Amazing complex, fruit forward nose. Notes of apricot, lemon, gravel and cardamom spice. Soft but fine acidity in the mouth with lots of fruit still powering a nice, long finish. 3rd of 3 btls acquired about 5 yrs ago via auction from a consignor known to have a cold cellar and great provenance. This was the best of the 3. Love the old ES foil. One of those great white burg experiences that only white burg can give.

From auction with great provenance and cold storage, high fill. Med gold. Fruity nose with lemon, apricot, petrol, gravel stone, nutmeg and clove. Has that great aged white burg leesy nose. In the mouth it has amazing structure and fine grain acidity. Long finish. This is in a great spot right now. Outstanding.
