Especially by comparison to the flawed Berlancourt Champans we had alongside, this bottle seemed well-structured. Loads of lemon, pastry cream, lime and doesn't betray its heat on the nose. On the palate: lovely acidity, good minerality and now showing some salinity. A touch short on the finish, but solid otherwise.

Pop and pour. Holy bottle variation. This btl was so much more put together than the others I've had. Lemon cream, vanilla, lime, solid minerality. Solid acidity on the palate. Still quite big, but somehow just more well put-together. Solid.

While this is bigger boned (well over 14% ABV) than previous vintages, it comes off as better than the 17 or 18 imo, and closer in spirit to the 18 as the oak was not as dominant early as the 17. A solid chard: good citrus and citrus oil and rather ripe. On the palate:.sweet lemon, soft vanilla, ok finish.
