The taste presents light, yet ripe red fruit, balanced acidity, strong alcohol, a hint of pepper, and moist dark earth. Lightly toasted oak tannins and a hint of dull strawberries sustain the finish. Quite complex! Loved it with our slow-cooked leg of lamb.
