Nose js super pure watermelon and strawberry. Also some rhubarb. Gorgeous cherries and unreal clarity here. This is a blend of 22 and 23. So NV. Lovely earthy and mineral notes with appealing creaminess as well. Just the most amazing bowl of cherries, with some watermelon and strawberries but only perfect ones. Palate is so elegant yet intense but also light with awesome cut and vibrancy and it’s so mineral and focused. Gorgeous purity and freshness with really wonderful finesse and an appealing fruit skin bitter note on the finish and just so slurpable. Wow. Really awesome. Nose becomes more round with air and expansive. Some tree bark and citrus rind notes now. Wow the watermelon and strawberry notes really come on strong with air. Super juicy and clean. Awesome.
