A random bottle I found on top of a recycling can, I bet someone had fun cruising the freeway after finishing this one.

Very dry cava. A nice base for Kir Royale!

Very sour. Almost vinegar

VerY DRY! Extremely low dosage. 18mos of the lees. Biscuity & yeasty AUSTERE.
Still creamy n full but VERYVERY DRY.

Grapey fun cava. Tasty.

Mild champagne style, big bubbles, citrus, yeasty - versatile.
