First sniff had hints of Co2. Blew off to become a pure and citrusy nose . In the mouth stones and hints of sweetness. I would have liked a more extended finish, perhaps time will bring it out.

Not having tasted in 5-6 years I enjoy the generosity and texture, although not a textbook, ethereal Kabinett as concentration and body suggests being declassified from Spatlese pradikat. Curious to taste how character evolves between years 10-15. AP# 03 08.
