This 2011 is a pleasant surprise... with bottle age, some roasted white mushrooms, a metallic or flinty note (tiny bit of Brett?), some whiffs of a rustic cellar... all very slight, and mostly complementary to the tart cherry, raspberry, and almond flavors. Terrific for 2011. With a little air, even tastier. SommSelect Spring 2018.
