The nose started off with subtle aromas of blueberries and scent of perfume, then gaining complexity with black currants, dates, herbs, spices, vanilla, and hint of smoke. Tastes echoed the nose but have a ripe and syrupy feel. Full body. Warm and velvety with polished tannins bringing home the long spicy finish.
This is the 5th different bottle I’ve had from this boutique winery. They can’t do no wrong. 274 cases made.
