Elegant overall. Fruits are fading but still some presence of dark berries. Savory meats, wilted violet, beautiful acidity and touch of saline.

Drinking well and fun. Currant and mulberry, leather, cedar, smoked cigars, mushroom, celery root. Great balance, and a lot of fun! Great Birthday wine.

Superb. Great wine. Great complexity and depth. Earth and pheromones.

Loosing a bit of steam now for the great 78 vintage but still complex although tannins loosing some grip!
