Bourgogne Aligoté

Also great with mussels at Bob's.

Nice texture, day bright, cumquat, coriander, medium finish, lacking acidity over some others I've had. Alice et Olivier De Moor is still my favorite

This may be my second favorite Aligote after Coche-Dury. Not as opulent as Coche but good complexity, great precision. (I've got Ponsot and Leroy ordered. What other Aligotes need to be tasted?)

This is a delicious white wine which is great to drink on it's own or with a meal, highly recommended

Slightly under ripe melons with a hint of white pepper. Lighter mouthfeel than Villaine's Bouzeron. Nice acidity.
