Boy o boy. Must try as part of a Pinot experience. Old world.

Appearance: rich purple red. Very youthful compared to other 93's openend. Colour much closer to much much younger pinots. Surprising. No brick yet
Nose: floral, berries, intense, nicr
Taste: woodsy, forest, cherry, rasberries, definitely french. Great structure and balance, nice tannins. Great with food and explore
Finish: subtle, balanced and stays with you. Acfentuates food. Fantastic pairing wine.
Overall: surprised and impressed. Great premier cru. Purchased for $160 in 2015. Great drinking 1993.

Drink: now or wait a couple

Food: Yes. Mushroom risotto, coq au vin, polenta and morels, steak. Smorgasboard and try with different things.
