I cannot decide if I like this one or not. It's crisp acidity and citrus melon fruits are pleasing but I sense a case of VA creeping in which is making I hard to drink.

A bit earthy, has some interesting "metallic" taste that gets better once it's not as cool but not my favorite.

One of the best Sauv Blancs I've tasted in a long time. Light grapefruit on the nose, but not overpowering...no slapping of the nostrils here just "Chillax dude" (the dude abides). The acidity is clear on the palate but it's a crisp citrus taste, again, very clean and fresh...again not overpowering. This is a great wine to enjoy with a sharp cheese...we had it with a truffle infused pecorino (Moliterno black truffle pecorino...amazing). This is a very refreshing Sauv Blanc, I highly recommend this...it's made me want to seek out more Chilean Sauv Blancs!!
