Norther Rhone whites are so plagued with problems. And I'm afraid to say that reduction has "set" the wine too. Two days open and no fade of the odor.

Err ahh Northern Rhone - Viognier with a little Roussanne in the mix. Heady notes of apricot and ripe white peach, acacia and almond. This is a beauty with good acid , full texture and a generous finish. The definition of a food-friendly wine.
