Grassy and honey nose. More honey, grapefruit citrus, soft lemon and saline resulting in great complexity. Great acidity and balance. Very nice.

Stunning and vivid, Domaine Vacheron's 2014 Sancerre is golden-robed and inlaid with lemongrass, lemon blossom, kaffir lime, banana creme pie, lychee, smoke and a nuanced herbal edge. Texturally round and lush on the palate, gloriously disrupted by a piercing vein of white grapefruit and chalky minerality that carries from the attack to a meandering, mouthwatering finish. Delicious with grilled oysters.

Much tannic and matured flavor compared with last year. I prefer younger vintage. But it depends. 2014 @1900, Kping -, 210702-210703

Transparent wine red. Aroma includes mineral nuance, plum. It has already entered into next to fresh. Violet. Elegant! Comfortable tanning. Later on, acidic, mineral came out. Aroma is changing a lot. Not party wine, but for wine lovers. I would like to pair early age one with Japanese cuisine. 2014 @1100, Kping, 200903-200905
