This is Red C-M. Very candied, medicinal cherry, a little oxidative, rotten rose petal, cinnamon extract and balsamic notes. Pretty uninspiring nose, palate actually has nice structure though. Drinkable.

Dried cherry, strawberry, persimmon and nice silky mouthfeel with good acidity. Tannins are pretty stout at the back end lending itself to definite longevity.
